DHA Marine Design Ltd specialises in fast boat design using advanced lightweight structures. We offer a complete design service from vessel concept to commissioning. Our experience spans the commercial, military and pleasure boat sectors in both composite and aluminium. We are happy to design to Class, Flag State, Defence and Recreational standards.

Working closely with major ship and boat builders, our vessel designs are in service across the world.

Past projects have ranged from complete or part vessel design to stability and structural consultancy. We apply our practical and theoretical knowledge to tailor our designs to the most demanding operational requirements.

With his practical and design experience in high-speed craft, he is a specialist in structural design as well as fast boat driving and operator training.

Rosie Hinge C. Eng. M.I.Mech.E.

Rosie is a Marine Design Engineer specialising in engineering systems for both ships and small fast craft.

She was a Design Manager within the VT Group, responsible for design upgrades for Royal Navy ships in service. Qualified in SSMO Safety Management she was the In-Service Safety Manager for the RN Survey Ships and the RN Fisheries Protection Ships.
